He found it around year 2000 all covered in dust for sale in a general store which was going out of business. The 3D plastic tabletop figures not only spin and move back and forth like traditional tabletop hockey games but unlike the hockey games, the soccer figures all have a kicking leg which the player operates by pulling a lever on the control rod. So the player can actually make the figure kick his leg and thus the soccer ball. Absolutely a lovely game to play.
