I have NEVER seen this game in my life... The game looks like it was never played. Has all of the pieces... The steering wheel is here... The little plastic periscope is broken off but could easily be replaced. The battery cover is perfect, has all of the paperwork. Put batteries in and it will not power up. If you can fix this, you will have one of the rarest games ever. You fix this and you win big time.

Is the nature of vintage. Make sure you have good new batteries, and make sure the battery connections are good. And make sure the batteries are in correctly. Everything will happen FAST in the United States, but please be aware. That once on its way to you outside the United States, some packages and countries take longer.
